A great milestone: our team leaders are ready for the next step

Some moments are worth celebrating. This is one of them.

Last year, a group of colleagues started their leadership journey with the “Leading for Team Leaders” programme. Since then, the programme has been completed, and with a great result: every participant finished the trajectory successfully.

Together with Caroline Harder and Coen van den Akker (GOC), the group worked on situations every team leader recognises: how to motivate your team when it gets busy, how to give clear direction, how to address issues in a way that lands well, and which practical tools help you organise work and improve collaboration. What stood out most was the genuine drive to learn, and the courage to try things out straight away on the shop floor.

At Packyard, we believe growth does not happen by accident. You make time for it, consciously. That is why we are proud of the commitment this group showed from start to finish.
